You are required to do a deep dive on YOU to find your true strengths and psychological preferences (Strength Finder).   This experience will be a process of taking two mini-assessments that will help you discover your true strength zones. As Peter Drucker states: “Most people think they know what they are good at. They are usually wrong. . .And yet, a person can perform only from strengths.”

This is an assessment that looks at your personality type (how you perceive the world and make decisions) and helps you understand where most people with similar types of personalities are the happiest.
