Part B: Financial Statement Ratio Analysis of Diageo and Two Competitors

For this part of the business report, prepare a financial statement ratio analysis for Diageo and two of its competitors, Brown-Forman Corporation and The Boston Beer Company, Inc. The report should consist of a narrative analysis, along with the completed formatted Excel spreadsheet. 

For each company, obtain and review (from the website of each company) the Annual Report. For Diageo, you will need to obtain the Annual Report for fiscal year ended June 30, 2017. For Brown-Forman and Boston Beer, the most recent Annual Report is April 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, respectively. You can find the Annual Report usually under the tab in the website containing information for investors. The Annual Report may also be referred to as the  Form 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In addition to the Annual Report, Diageo also has an additional report that it files with the SEC called Form 20-F.
