Please review the resources in the reading section as they provide specific instructions on how to develop your action plan. The information you will be using to develop your action plan (the budget, the resources, the goals, the time needed, etc.) should come from your previous submissions, with the feedback from your instructor incorporated. At a minimum your action plan should address: What steps are needed in order to complete the plan. Who is needed to incorporate these changes. When each step will be completed and when the project will be completed. What resources (i.e., money, staff) are needed to carry out these changes. How communication will be accomplished (Consider your audience, communication channels, legal and ethical considerations, etc.). Include justification from your research for each of the parts of your marketing plan. Incorporate graphics such as tables, graphs, charts, etc. to justify your claims. Format following APA guidelines. Compose your work in a .doc or .docx file type using a word processor (such as Microsoft Word, etc.) and save it frequently to your computer. For those assignments that are not written essays and require uploading images or PowerPoint slides, please follow uploading guidelines provided by your instructor. Check your work and correct any spelling or grammatical errors. When you are ready to submit your work, click “Submit Assignment” in the upper right corner. Click on “Browse,” browse your computer, and select your file. Click “Open” and verify the correct file name has appeared next to the Browse button. Enter your comments, if any, in the Comments area. More information is needed on  steps needed in order to complete the plan;key players to incorporate these changes;a detailed timeline;  necessary resources; and/or modes of communication. 0.0 pts Unacceptable An action plan is identified but hardly described, if at all. 40.0 pts This criterion is linked to a Learning Outcome Relevancy and Connections 50.0 pts Exemplary The action plan is clearly developed based on revisions of already established ideas (e.g., budget, resources, goals, time needed, etc). Each component of the plan has clear connections and relevancies to one another. 42.0 pts Satisfactory The action plan generally is developed based on revisions of already established ideas (e.g., budget, resources, goals, time needed, etc). Each component of the plan has connections and relevancies to one another, with connections in minor areas are unclear. 30.0 pts Minimally Responsive There is an action plan, but may not necessarily be based on revisions of already established ideas and/or feedback to these ideas. Many components of the plan, therefore, are fragmented and may not be well connected or relevant to one another. 0.0 pts Unacceptable The action plan is incomplete, or does not provide adequate information to suggest any relevance or connections to previously established ideas and/or feedback to these ideas. 50.0 pts This criterion is linked to a Learning Outcome Writing Quality/APA Style 10.0 pts Exemplary The writing is well organized and clear; there are minimal problems with spelling, punctuation, and grammar; APA style guidelines are followed accurately. 8.0 pts Satisfactory There are few problems with organization, clarity or conventions that should have been fixed. APA style guidelines are followed, with only minor errors; however, these problems and errors are not serious enough to distract the reader. 6.0 pts Minimally Responsive Numerous mechanical errors are distracting; and organization of ideas are lacking, but not enough to interfere with meaning.
