“Agile Development of a Software Application” not more than 1000w , with references and links .

Process  Describe a real or fictitious product and the corresponding production process in consecutive steps or work elements. I will provide ideas in class, but the team must use their own initiatives rather than simply adopting the ideas presented to them. Be sure to demark the start and end of each work element clearly to allow for accurately timing them. [20 marks]

Quality: Describe how you will make sure that your simulated production process is producing acceptable quality. You need to eliminate data attributed to substandard units of products that do not meet your pre-set quality standards. [10 marks]

For the Quality section we can identify checkpoints and how quality standards are maintained. The last sentence in the assignment indicates we need to measure production based on products that meet production standards, so we will likely need to identify failure rates and adjust starting production to create sufficient suitable products to meet demand. We should probably describe the metrics we will be tracking on our data section and how they will be captured.
