Always being prepared of for frustration and exhilaration. Salaries are depending on your education level. Bachelors degree is needed as of 2013, they are starting at $100,000 to $150,000 after a sign on bonus. Salaries are based on experience and education, depending on those ranges of experience would give you a better idea of a approximate number. First year analyst salary ranges from $110,000 all the way up to $2.3 Million for department heads. Also depending on position, performance and experience their bonus would range from $15,000 to $75,000.
