1)      Briefly explain the topic and your understanding/interpretation of it      (1 point)

2)      Describe how you related to this topic in the course, how it enabled you to stay engaged in class, with the instructor, and with your classmates               (2 points)

3)      Explain how this topic will enable you to be a better and more effective professional (and student, if applicable) and how you immediately plan to use this skill and knowledge for your development                                                   (2 points)

 

2. Based on the MISQE article “Leveraging Collaborative Technologies” Teo et al. (2011) that we discussed in class                                                             (approximately 1 pageTotal 5 points)

1)      The article quotes (page 5): “Technology is only one aspect; the key aspect is building the knowledge sharing culture”.  Do you agree or disagree?  Justify your response by providing examples from the article.                                                                       (2.5 points)

2)      As one of the key lessons learned, the authors state (page 17): “Treat KM as a process – a journey, not a one-time project”.  Explain briefly how they came to this conclusion at HP Analytics?                                                                                      (2.5 points)
