You listed stakeholders, but not their expectations from the process.

 

The goals are too high level.  “operate a world-class Global Finance and Accounting team” does not provide any specific direction or targets for a process revision.  That’s almost like a mission statement.

 

While you described “wins” or successful outcomes, they did not fit the definition of “quick wins” well. These are supposed to be specific, short term actionsleading to deliverables that can make an impact in your specific process while the rest of the revision process is carried out. Changing the software used is not a quick action, it is a significant undertaking that would disrupt work everywhere in the company.

It looks like the overall problem is that you are focusing on too high a process (accounting) which is too big and vague to do any specific analysis.  As a result you cannot make any specific suggestions either.I see that in unit 2 assignment comments, I said to focus more tightly on something specific, otherwise you may run into issues.  You needed to do that in this assignment.
