It should include all of the elements presented in the logic model You will NOT have conducted the evaluation. But, speculate on some of the findings that may be a product of the evaluation and indicate what you would do with those findings as far as restarting the policy development cycle again. Your paper should include a description of the problem, research explaining the problem, identification of impacted groups, alternative solutions, selected program theory, target population, expected outputs and outcomes, intended measurement criteria and plan, and description of expected results and application of feedback. Include sources you have accessed or intend to access.
