Scenario: You are the supervisor in your current workplace. It is time to provide feedback to one of your subordinates. Select any current or former co-worker for this assignment, but make sure to use fictitious names throughout.

• In one to two pages, using the “Four Phases of the Evaluation Interview” suggested in Chapter 16 of your course text, provide a transcript of the evaluation interview you conducted with the employee.
• Please include a title page with all appropriate information.
• ( here are the four phase of the evaluation interview. First, review and as necessary revise the position description and performance standards. Second, discuss the performance ratings using the organization’s evaluation form. Third, critique the person’s accomplishments related to performance objectives formulated ate the previous evaluation. Finally, discuss future performance. Past performance only provides the basis  for planning.
