Your business sponsor and customer are impressed with your project schedule, but due to some factors out of your / their control, you’ve been told to deliver your project early. Using the information from the readings, explain how you would go about assessing the possibility of delivering your project early. How will that affect scope, costs, and schedule?

If by chance we had to deliver our project earlier than expected, I as the Project Manager would have to change things a bit. However, it would be accomplishable; making these changes would mean us possibly going up on the original project budget by adding additional staff members. It would also require us to by additional supplies. Hiring more staff would allow up to double our numbers with recruiting new voter r as well as dividing the groups up evenly without staff having a heavier work load. With hiring more staff it would also require us to order additional supplies for the employees and incentives for recruitment if the numbers were to increase. I would rather hire two additional staff rather then paying the current staff double time in a half. The scope of work wouldn’t be effected or the schedule if the budget is approved to hire additional staff and supplies .

After reading the article, “Humans have more primitive hands than chimpanzees”, the conclusion is that human hands are definitely differnet than chimps. Human have longer thumbs and shorter fingers and are able to easily grasp objects, such as keys. chimpanzees have hands that are much longer and narrower with longer fingers and shorter thumbs. Researchers discovered that even though stone tools may have been created around 3.3 million b.c., there is eveidence that humans were around in 4.4 million b.c.. Humans also may  be able to make more logical decisions and plans. In my opinion, human hands do have distinctive futures that chimpanzees do not. Humans may have similare traits as chimps, but it is possible we may never know if there is a connection.
