A) Evaluate your intake of vitamins.  Are you consuming more or less than you realized?  What are the BEST food sources of vitamins in your diet right now?  Are you getting enough or too much?  Do you take a multivitamin or other supplement?  Why or why not?  B) Identify at least one SPECIFIC and measurable improvement in regards to your vitamin intake that you’re willing to make starting this week.  A measurable goal usually has numbers and/or a time frame in it (Example: “I currently take a Vitamin C tablet every day (1,000 mg).   My goal this week is work down to HALF of that amount (by cutting my tablet in half or taking it every other day).  Since I’ve supplemented with Vitamin C for so long, I realize that I need to do this gradually to prevent “Rebound Scurvy”).  (2 points)
