Normally, when you are trying to find a video to fully explain a thing, these types of videos seem to do the best explanation. Most of the videos that I saw with Harrison Owen were neat to watch, and kind of interesting to see his incite into how he came up with the idea and how he tries to explain it to others. The problem I saw with those videos was that they were not really organized to explain exactly what he was talking about, it was more focused on certain points he wanted to talk about. This video goes over the large group events and who is responsible for what action, how they are performed, and what the roles of each person is. They also delve into the Future search which also outlines how they are performed and who is responsible during certain steps. Large group intervention is also discussed, and what role it plays in this situation. The video itself was well organized, but it was also designed to inform and was not dubbed with live audio from a speaker. In this case it was voiced by the electronic voices from adobe captivate. I have seen this many times from several companies that need the material out, but do not want to higher a dubbed speaker, or don’t have the capability.
