Course Project (2c) This week, you will begin working on your cumulative course project. In your course project, you will return repeatedly to a specific integrative case study, the initial and relevant materials for which you will find at the end of your textbook. Along the way, you will apply the concepts, methods, and strategies you learn in each chapter to the integrative case. In this first component of your course project, you will begin by selecting the case study you wish to work on for the duration of the course. You will apply concepts that relate to the topics of stakeholders, environmental forces, and fair treatment/legal compliance to your selected case study. Begin by reading the two integrative cases at the end of your textbook: “Integrative Case: The Lincoln Electric Company,” pages 559-573, and “Integrative Case: Southwest Airlines,” pages 574-591. When you have examined both cases, select one to use throughout your course project. Refer to your selected integrative case as you complete the following: Write one page in response to “Projects to Extend Your Learning” Question 1 on page 30. Note: instead of making an illustration as specified in the instructions, incorporate the requested information into your written response. Write one page in response to “Projects to Extend Your Learning” Question 1.a OR 1.b on page 67. Write one page in response to “Projects to Extend Your Learning” Question 1.a and 1.b on page 104. Make sure to complete each of these written components only as they apply to your chosen integrative case; for example, if you select the Southwest Airlines case, do not answer any of the prompts relating to the Lincoln Electric case.
