McGraw-Hill. reply to the students response in 150 words minimum and provide 1 reference question Chapter One covers staffing models and strategies. Comment on one of the models (Exhibit 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5) Student response According to exhibit 1.5, staffing deals with both the applicant and the organization. Potentially the applicant will begin the process by applying to the open position. Sometimes, the recruiter will reach out to the potential applicant. The recruiter will identify potential applicants and attract them to apply for their roles. I was reached out to by a recruiter for the job I will begin shortly. The applicant will go through many steps for the assessment and evaluation to see if the role is fit for the applicant. Both the organization and the applicant will go through these steps together. The organization will have a bigger role in the selection process due to the fact with deciding if this is a good fit for their organization. The final component is the decision making and final match. If an organization thinks that the applicant is a good fit, they will then offer the applicant the job. At this point, the applicant would then decide if they feel as if they are fit for the position. Sometimes applicants will not take the job because they don’t think they will be a good fit after going through the process. For myself, I was offered the job and felt as if I would be a good fit, and decided to take the job. I have turned down jobs because I did not feel like I was a good fit after the interview process.
